Anton studied Industrial Engineering at the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa and holds a Masters in Science in Industrial Engineering. He first started out in the consulting business in 1997. He has since gained extensive experience in the financial services, manufacturing, mining and government sectors, working with various sizes of teams. In 2016 Anton joined Hollard after consulting for 19 years where he currently looks after projects and strategic initiatives in Hollard Insure. He co-authored and published the book The Team Secret – Accelerate your business with Special Forces Principles with Koos Stadler.

Board Member and Chairman of the Innovation Advisory Board at Net Insurance, after having acquired this insurance carrier through the SPAC Archimede, which he co-founded in 2018. Global Ambassador of the Italian InsurTech Association. Internationally recognized as insurance industry strategist and world-renowned authority on InsurTech, he has worked in 20 different international insurance markets. Before creating Observatory and co-founding Archimede, he spent 11 years in Bain & Company. He received his Business Administration degree from Bocconi University, also an executive program certificate in IoT from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Dr. Rachlin is currently Executive Vice President and Global Insurance Industry Leader at Capgemini as well as Lecturer in Public Policy at the University of Chicago.
At Capgemini, Dr. Rachlin is responsible for setting the firm’s Insurance industry strategy, managing its relationships within the Insurance technology ecosystem, and for shaping and articulating the company’s perspective on the industry. Dr. Rachlin is an acknowledged and widely quoted thought leader on topics concerning the intersection of risk and technology.
​Dr. Rachlin has over twenty-five years’ experience building and advising companies in the insurance,technology and business services sectors. He has founded, built and negotiated the sale of two companies to publicly traded entities. He has extensive experience as a consultant to over 50 Fortune 500 and middle market insurance companies.

Jenny Sankovsky is a Product Strategy & Innovation Director at American Family. In her current role, Jenny is responsible for leading auto product strategy and design, digital innovation and R&D, and telematics/UBI strategy and development for the enterprise. Jenny is an accomplished strategic leader with 20+ years of new product development and management experience, working in various management capacities for top U.S. insurers on both the business and IT sides. Jenny brings a hybrid of innovation, business, and technology experiences that enable her to set product direction, strategy, and vision to create new and innovative products to help consumers be safer on the roads. Jenny holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago, an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and the Innovation Mentor Certification from the University of Notre Dame.

She joined Gore Mutual in 2015 as their first on-staff Actuary and is responsible for insurance pricing and other actuarial activities across all lines of business. Deb is a fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society and the Canadian Institute of Actuaries.

Udi Ziv

In 1991, Udi co-founded TopTier Software, an enterprise portal company and co-led it to a successful acquisition by SAP in 2001. Udi then became a General Manager at SAP, a global software company, where he was responsible for the SBS (Small Business Solutions) Global Business Unit and oversaw its very successful global expansion. Following SAP, Udi was President of NICE Systems’ Enterprise Group with responsibility for its $600M Customer Interaction business. Prior to joining Earnix, Udi was CEO of Pontis, a leading digital customer engagement company, and drove its significant growth resulting in its acquisition by Amdocs in 2016.
Udi Ziv has 30 years of experience as a CEO, entrepreneur, and senior executive at the intersection of the financial services and technology sectors. As CEO at Earnix, Udi is focused on accelerating the company’s growth, enhancing the company’s line of products, and scaling its business operations out of its seven global hubs. Udi holds a degree in Computer Engineering from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology.
